THIS LITTLE GEM IS A MARVEL
It has the needed 25 degree angle for working upper chest and it has the seat parallel with the floor so you can bend over and pick up your dumbbells without the seat getting in the way. Not to mention...the horizontal seat gives you much better bridge position when doing presses.
Adjustable back and seat for ideal body alignment. Padded rollers for maximum comfort on decline bench press. Extra long “J” safety stops.
