BEST HAM MOVEMENT I'VE EVER TRIED
Most ham exercises just haven't got it. For some reason, you just can't get "into em" like you can with leg extensions but... you sure can with this "Ham Roaster" furthermore, you can make it easy or tough just by changing the angle of the body that's why... I'm hooked on it. I believe it's the best ham builder out there. First Seen in Dennis Weis' Anabolic Muscle Mass HIGH DENSITY PADDING... I'll admit... this "Quad Ham Roaster" is a little pricy because I had to use extra thick, high density, padding to make it pain free. You see... the nature of this exercise places a lot of torque on the legs but... man, does it blast the quads and hams! Shipping charges are extra for all equipment.
