Early Life

Born July 29th, 1970 in Phoenix, Arizona at the St. Joseph Catholic Hospital, and the youngest of two sons of Robert and Maurie Hall, Bailey attended public school and learned a strong work ethic from his parents and grandparents. Bailey’s passion for physical fitness was spurred in his teens while participating in multiple sports as a high school athlete. Hall excelled in football, baseball, track and wrestling. As Captain of the Varsity Football team, the ultimate success was achieved with the 28 to 6 victory at the 1987 3A Arizona high school football championship game. The Peoria Panthers, coming off a nine game winning streak, were victorious over the, then undefeated, Glendale Cactus football squad. For the Panthers, this was the second championship win, in as many years. In the 1986 state championship game, Peoria’s 29-23 win over the Avondale Agua Fria, Hall – then a starting Wide Receiver as a Junior, once again had key receptions contributing to the win.

Business Ventures

Bailey Hall acquired National Fitness in 2010, with the vision and resources necessary to expand the menu of offerings well beyond the core business of billing and collections. Drawing from his existing companies, the nearly 1,200 fitness centers within the National Fitness pool of clients were then introduced to target marketing via full-color mail advertising, a complete line of high-quality nutritional supplements, and sophisticated personal training software and PT certification. These complimentary profit centers allow the clubs to launch and grow new revenue streams, and position National Fitness as an innovative one-stop shop for the owners of these gyms.

Other ventures include founding Thrive Active Fitness Clubs in 2006 and acquiring DynaPro International in the same year. Bailey Hall founded Thrive Press & Marketing in Utah in 2005; founded Biophase Training Systems in 2002; acquired Larry Scott Research in 2002; founded Nature's Foundation in 1999; acquired Trace Minerals Research in 1999; and acquired Garden Country Retail Stores in 1994.

Personal Life

On June 1, 1992, Bailey married Amy Michelle Crowley for time and all eternity in the LDS Temple. Together, they have five children, Hailey, Heather, Summer, Tiffany and Walker. Despite the challenges of orchestrating the activities of multiple business entities, Bailey recognizes and respects his primary responsibilities as husband and father. Coordinating closely with Amy, herself immersed in the complex equation associated with that of a wife and mother of their four girls (most in their teens) and one young lad, they address their roles with cheerfulness and confidence as equal partners, building their singular foundation upon the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. As a basis, and source of strength, they continue to build and cultivate their marriage upon such principles as faith, prayer, repentance, forgiveness, respect, love, compassion, work and wholesome family recreation and travel.
