What makes this Tricep Machine so Good?

The pulley is about 5 feet high so the weight of your body will hold you down on the Twin Pedestal Tricep Bench. If it's too high, it hurts your low back. If it's too low, the cable will pull your hair out as it passes over your head. You have a foot rest to keep the machine from sliding into you.The tricep handle is 1.5 inches in diameter with a "V" shape that is no more than 30 degrees off a straight line. The last few feet of cable ends in a chain with adjustable "S" hooks to allow for precise adjustment. This takes all the strain off the low back.

Note: The lower pulley allows you to also do seated lat pulls on this machine. The Tricep machine comes with the "V" shaped tricep bar, chain and "S" hooks. You need the Twin Pedestal Bench to go with this machine to get the most out of it.
